小鼠不同动情周期子宫内膜组织中 Bcl-2、Bax 和 Caspase-9蛋白的表达
Expressions of Bcl-2,Bax,and Caspase-9 proteins in mouse endometrium tissue at different stages of estrous cycle
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To explore the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax,and Caspase-9 in endometrium at different stages of estrous cycle in mature mice.Methods:A total of 32 sexual maturity healthy mice were randomly allocated into 4 groups(n=8), and through the rats vaginal smear observation and types of the cells , the mouse′s estrous cycle stage was clearly deter-mined.Then immunohistochemistry was carried out to screen the protein of Bcl-2,Bax,and Caspase-9 in mice.Results:Bcl-2 was highly appeared in diestrus stage (P<0.05).Bax was also expressed in the estrous cycle but had no significant difference among different stages (P=0.796).Besides, Caspase-9 in each estrus stage of mainly expressed in the mucosa epithelial cytoplasm , lamina propria uterus gland cell cytoplasm ,and stromal cell cytoplasm ,and it was lowly expressed in the beginning of the estrous cycle (P<0.05).Conclusion:Bcl-2,Bax, and Caspase-9 regulate the proliferation and apop-tosis of endometrial cell cycle during estrous cycle .关键词
