基于体绘制的圆柱体构件缺陷三维重构方法
Research of Three-dimensional Reconstruction Defects with in Cylinder Components Based on Volume Rendering
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of cylinder components internal defects,the volume rendering is adopted to achieve three-dimensional (3D)reconstruction by ultrasonic testing technology. Firstly,by ultrasonic testing on cylinder ,it can extract the sectional information of cylinder which is according to the collected data. Secondly,by recombining the pixel and making use of B scan imaging. Finally,using volume rendering technology to 3D reconstruction. Results demonstrate that the method can reconstruct the center hole defects,eccentric hole defects. Reconstructed defects in conformity with the actual component ,which its size error are in the scope of the permit.关键词
