摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of temperature measurement, some domestic and foreign researchers have decided to start from the field of image processing, and to study on the relationship between image and temperature. A new experimental equipment is designed for measuring the correlation between gray scale and temperature. First, the device is heated by the heating plate pass of the controller, in the process of heating, infrared camera is used to record imaging of infrared target at different temperatures(40℃~100℃). Then the target image is processed, and the gray value of the image is extracted. Finally, by comparing the temperature from 60℃ to 80℃, the gray value and the temperature value of the infrared target is approximate linear highly relationship, the correlation coefficient is 0.931. The results show that the linear correlation between gray scale and temperature of infrared target image can be analyzed accurately, This linear correlation have very good application in the air through the rate measurement, papermaking factory fodder study on spontaneous combustion, power inspection and so on.
