小学教师与中学教师幸福感的比较
Comparison of Well-being between Primary School Teachers and Middle School Teachers

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the differences of well-being between primary school teachers and secondary school teachers .Methods:Investigating 1305 teachers in Hunan Province with multiple happiness questionnaire and professional happiness questionnaire .Results:① The multiple happiness of female teachers was significantly higher than that of male teachers(F=4 0.1 ,P<0 0.5);Primary school teachers were significantly higher than middle school teachers in life satisfaction(F= 12 .46 ,P< 0 .01);And on the dimension of friendly relations ,gender and type of teacher had significant interaction(F=6 9.3 ,P<0 0.1) .② The professional happiness of female teachers was signifi‐cantly higher than that of male teachers(F=14 4.9 ,P<0 0.1);There was significant difference on professional happi‐ness between primary school teachers and middle school teachers(F=12 9.3 ,P<0 0.1) ,and it was mainly reflected in leadership and management(F= 11 .14 ,P< 0 .01) ,wages(F= 8 .44 ,P<0 0.1) ,self -realization(F=8 1.1 ,P<0 0.1) ,the work itself(F=9 6.7 ,P<0 0.1) ,students and their parents(F=33 3.7 ,P<0 0.1) ,and overall happiness(F=10 2.9 ,P<0 0.1);On the dimension of colleagues relationship ,gender and type of teachers were significantly inter‐acted(F=6 7.3 ,P<0 0.1) .Conclusion:①The gender and categories of teacher are factors which having effect on the level of well-being ;②Primary school teachers have higher sense of well-being than middle school teachers .关键词
