The Inner Psychological Capital of Minority University Students

Abstract
Objective:To explore the dimensions and inner psychological capital content of university minority students ,and to recognize the relationship between their own personal background and the dimensions of psychologi‐cal capital .Methods:We investigated 128 university minority students in canton .Results:The content of their psycho‐logical capital include 7 dimensions ;There was significant difference in hope and optimism between male and female (F=0 0.16 ,1 8.94;P<0 0.5);There was significant difference in confidence on they have been minority school or not (F=0 1.35 ,P<0 0.5);There were significant difference in negative ascription and self -identity between they have been minority school or not and they are living in minority district or not(F=0 .007 ,1 .291 ,5 3.31;P< 0 0.5 ;F=0 5.16 ,P<0 0.1);And also ,there was significant difference in marriage perception between they have been minority school or not(F=0 1.58 ,P<0 0.5);Except hope and tenacity ,other five dimension also shown more complicated di‐versity on education degree and ethnic identity of parents .Conclusion:In the end ,we discussed relationship between students personal background and their psychological capital ,and the causes of this relationship for further improve‐ment .关键词
