Abstract
Objective:To explore the status of resilience of nursing students during clinical practice and the relation‐ship among resilience ,self -efficacy and well -being .Methods:Totally 367 nursing students were investigated by Resilience Scale of Youths ,General Self -Efficacy Scale and Index of Well-being .Results:The aggregate score of resilience was (94 2.4 ± 6 1.8) ,the score of five dimensions from high to low were goal planning ,interpersonal assist , family support ,positive thinking and emotional control .T -test showed that the scores of goal planning and interper‐sonal assist in nursing group were higher than the norm (t=3 9.31 ,14 3.48;P<0 0.5);While the scores of emotional control and positive thinking (t=‐3 3.94 ,‐15 0.11;P<0 0.5)in nursing group were lower than the norm .There were no significant differences between nursing students and the norm in family support and aggregate score of resilience . Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression showed that self -efficacy ,subjective well-being ,home location , only child or not ,education background were the main predictors of nursing students’ resilience (P<0 0.5) .Conclu‐sion:The total level of resilience in nursing students group is closing with norm .And it is influencing by various fac‐tors ,such as self -efficacy ,well-being .Nursing educators need to take effective measures to improve the level of re‐silience of nursing students ,which will contribute to their s physical and mental health .关键词
