College Students'Professional Identity and Its Relationship with Achievement Motivation and Learning Satisfaction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship of professional identity ,achievement motivation and learning sat‐isfaction among college students .Methods:A total of 249 college students in all grades were selected to be investiga‐ted with the college students'professional identity questionnaire ,learning satisfaction questionnaire and achievement motivation scale by stratified cluster sampling .Results:College students'professional identity was on medium level in general(3 .44 ± 0 .61) .Prevalence of college students'professional identity differed among gender(t=‐2 .770 ,P<0 0.1) ,subject(t=2 7.70 ,P<0 0.1) ,relative performance(F=5 9.97 ,P<0 0.1) ,learning conditions(F=11 0.54 ,P<0 0.01) .There was poisitive correlation between college students'professional identity and achievement motivation (r= 0 .149 ,P< 0 .05) ,the correlation between professional identity and learning satisfaction was significant(r=0 6.71 ,P< 0 .001) .Conclusion:The relation of college students'professional identity ,achievement motivation and learning satisfaction is significant .关键词
