中医药院校大学生中医体质与抑郁情绪的关系
The Relationship between Traditional Chinese Medicine University Students'Depression and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Constitution
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between depression and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Con‐stitution in traditional Chinese medicine college students .Methods:Adopting the combination of convenience sampling and cluster sampling method ,Using the scale of Chinese Medicine ,Beck depression rating scale in 684 College students .Results:① 446 (65% )were without depression ,91 people (13% )with mild depression ,137 (20% )with moderate depression ,10 (1% )with severe depression and the mean score was very high(21 5.0 ± 2 6.4) .② Different gender(χ2 =12 0.49 ,P<0 0.1) ,different major(χ2 =5 9.10 ,P<0 0.5) ,whether or not only one child(χ2 =6 8.06 ,P<0 0.1) ,and different grades(χ2 =16 3.05 ,P<0 0.1)had significant difference in depression by nonparametric test of independent sample .③Traditional Chinese medicine gave priority to lopsided constitutions in cluding ,Yang deficiency quality(21% ) ,Qi deficiency quality(17 6.% ) ,Qi depression quality(16% ) .④Depression was negatively related to the situation with Gentleness ,Yang deficiency(Respectively :r=‐0 3.64 ,‐0 1.73 ,P<0 0.1);Positively correlated with oth‐er physical types .⑤ Through logistic regression analysis of risk factors ,depression would increase if the Traditional Chinese Medicine was Qi deficiency quality(OR=1 6.49 ,P<0 0.1) or Qi depression quality(OR=1 8.78 ,P<0 0.1) . Conclusion:The difference between the Traditional Chinese Medicine will affect the severity of the depression;Qi de‐ficiency ,Qi depression constitution are important factors of depression among college students .关键词
