基于“伏毒损脉”理论解毒活血配方颗粒治疗糖尿病相关性心绞痛
Jiedu Huoxue formula particles treating diabetes-associated angina based on“Fudu unmai”
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe effect of the Jiedu Huoxue formula particles on patients with diabetes-associat-ed angina( DAA),by clinical syndromes of TCM,ECG,blood glucose and lipid,inflammatory factors,stress factors and thrombosis factors affecting antioxidant. Methods The 45 cases of patients with angina pectoris associated with diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group 23 cases,22 cases of the control group were given basic western medicine ,on the basis of the test group was given Jiedu Huoxue formula particles,the control group received metformin treatment,treatment for 12 weeks,symptom scores were observed before and after treatment,ECG changes,serum FBG,2hBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,IL-1β,TNF-α,Hs-CRP,SOD,MDA,vWF,Ps changes. Results After treatment,TCM syndrome treatment group than the control group(P ﹤0. 05),ST segment depression in the number of leads,T wave flattening the number of leads and the T-wave inversion between the two groups after the treatment the number of leads,before and after the test group differences were statistically significant(P ﹤0. 01),the test group FBG,2hBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C after treatment were significantly decreased( P﹤0. 01),the test group therapy after IL-1β,TNF-α,Hs-CRP,MDA,vWF,Ps were significantly decreased,significantly increased SOD(P﹤0. 01),af-ter treatment between the two groups IL-1β,TNF-α,Hs- CRP,MDA,vWF,Ps decline and SOD increased treatment group than in the control group was superior( P ﹤0 . 05 ,P﹤0 . 01 ). Conclusion Jiedu Huoxue formula particles can not only relieve symptoms in patients with DAA,improve ECG,lower blood sugar,regulate blood lipids,and can play a role in myocardial protection through anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,anti-thrombotic pathways.关键词
