丹参煎剂对冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变学指标的影响
Danshen decoction on hemorrheolog in patients with coronar heart disease angina pectoris
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the traditional Chinese medicine Danshen decoction on patients with unstable an-gina,and coronary artery disease on hemorrheology,the influence of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research of TCM. Methods Choose 80 cases of patients with unstable angina,coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group using nitroglycerin,aspirin,beta blockers and other conventional drug treatment;treatment group is in the control group,on the basis of giving traditional medi-cine Danshen decoction treatment. Two groups of patients to treat 10 days for a period of treatment,treatment 2 course of treatment. The contrast made before and after treatment in patients with clinical curative effect and blood rheology. Results The treatment of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms was observed,the clinical symptoms improved significantly the total effective rate was 82 . 50%,while the control group clinical symptoms improved the total effective rate was 65. 00%,compared the two groups have significant difference,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05);detection in the two groups after treatment in patients with hemorheology indexes has fell,but the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Chinese medicine Danshen decoction has the promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing except vexed,the effect of anti cold blood,decrease peripheral vascular resistance,dilate blood vessels to improve microcirculation,pro-mote collateral circulation,reduce blood sticky,inhibit blood clotting,which can effectively improve the cardiac cycle, reduce the blood rheology indexes.关键词
