桂枝麻黄各半汤配合穴位贴敷治疗风寒型荨麻疹
Evenl divided Mahuang Guizhi decoction combined with acupoint application in patients with Urticaria of cold s ndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi decoction combined with acupoint application in patients with urticaria of cold syndrome. Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,forty cases in each group. The observation was treated by evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi de-coction combined with acupoint application,the control group was treated by Hydrochloric acid hydrochloride tablets. Ten days was taken as a course of treatment,and the observation included three courses. Their symptom score,recur-rence rate,adverse reactions and clinical curative effect were observed and analyzed comparatively. Results The total effect rate of observation group was 90 . 00%,there was statistical differences compared with control group 77 . 50%( P﹤0 . 05 );their symptom score decreased after treatment( P﹤0 . 05 ,P﹤0 . 01 ),the observation group improved bet-ter than control group at the same time point,there were statistical differences between them(P﹤0. 05);the recur-rence rate of observation group was 9 . 09%,there was statistical differences compared with control group 66 . 67%(P﹤0. 05),and there was no adverse reaction in observation group. Conclusion Evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi decoction combined with acupoint application has an obvious therapeutic effect in patients with urticaria of cold syn-drome,it can relieve clinical symptom,the recurrence rate is low.关键词
