益气健脾活血法治疗慢性复发型溃疡性结肠炎
Yiqijianpihuoxue medicine treatment of chronic recurrent relapsing ulcerative colitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqijianpihuoxue medicine in the treatment of the chronic recur-rent relapsing ulcerative colitis patients and its effects on the recurrence rate. Methods The patients with relapsing ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups,every group have 40 persons,the therapy group was treated with Yiqijianpihuoxue medicine,the control group was given mesalazine 4. 0g/every day,observe the clinical symptom score,score under colonoscopy at baseline and 12 weaks after treatment,and during 24 weaks the disease recurrence rate. Results The curative effect of Yiqijianpihuoxue medicine in treating relapsing ulcerative was remarkable,the symptom score before treatmentand(8. 3 ± 0. 98),after treatment(2. 4 ± 0. 87),the Colonoscopy integral before treat-ment(9. 14 ± 1. 01 ),after treatment(3. 17 ± 0. 71),compared with the control group not significant(P﹥ 0. 05),and reduce the recurrence rate. Conclusion Yiqijianpihuoxue medicine is effective in treatment of relapsing ulcerative colitis,and reduces the recurrence rate.关键词
