活血化瘀法治疗溃疡性结肠炎
The method for activating blood circulation in the treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical observation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the blood circulation by removing blood stasis method and analysis of clinical effect for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Select our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were treated 80 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis,take a random number table method was divided into western medicine and Chinese medicine group,40 cases in each group,The western medicine group was given oral beauty sal-ad lamictal tablets,Chinese traditional medicine group was given the medicinal broth of TCM for activating blood cir-culation and compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,the main symptoms disappear time,serum TNF al-pha,the change of IL -6 and IL -8. Results The total effective rate was 75. 00%,western medicine group,Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 92 . 50%,total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously higher than that of western medicine group,with significant difference(P﹤ 0. 05). Chinese traditional medicine than western medicine group compared with abdominal pain,diarrhea,purulent blood disappears time were significantly shortened ,with statistical significance( P﹤0 . 05 ). Western medicine and Chinese medicine group before treatment the serum TNF alpha,IL -6 and IL 8 level no obvious difference(P﹥0. 05). Western medicine and Chinese medicine group after treatment was compared with the serum TNF alpha,IL -6 and IL 8 levels were significantly lower,after treatment of Chinese medicine with western medicine group after treatment compared with the serum TNF alpha,IL-6 and IL 8 levels drop more significantly( P﹤ 0 . 05 ). Conclusion Method for activating blood circulation can be ad-justed by platelet inhibitory effect on the immune inflammatory reaction process adjustment,so as to reduce the stimu-lus for the vascular endothelium,improve high coagulation state and serum inflammatory index,qi yu,invigorate the circulation of the pain,has a good effect for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.关键词
