红外线照射联合苦参汤熏洗治疗肛瘘创面愈合疗效评价
Infrared irradiation combined with ginseng decoction fumigation in the treatment of anal fistula wound healing
摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe into and analysis of infrared radiation combined bitter ginseng soup in the treat-ment of anal fistula wound healing. Methods Our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were treated 80 patients with low simple anal fistula,take a random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group,control group given joint 1:5000 infrared irradiation potassium permanganate solution,observation group was given combined infrared irradiation bitter ginseng soup,compared two groups of patients with clinical effica-cy,pain score,the score drainage of the wound,wound healing time. Results he control group total effective rate was 77 . 50%,the observation group total effective rate was 92 . 50%,total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P﹤0. 05). Observation group than the control group compared with 3 d,7 d postoperative wound pain score significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P﹤0. 05). The con-trol group and observation group of postoperative wound pain score 12 d,18 d has no obvious difference(P﹥0. 05). Observation group than the control group compared with 3 d,7 d postoperative wound drainage score significantly de-creased,with statistical significance(P ﹤0. 05). The control group and observation group d 12,18 d postoperative wound drainage score has no obvious difference( P﹥0 . 05 ). Observation group compared with control group obviously reduce the average wound healing time,statistically significant(P﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Using infrared irradiation combined bitter ginseng soup fumigation in the treatment of anal fistula wound curative effect significantly,can effec-tively improve blood circulation and promote wound healing,shorten the healing time,reduce the drainage,security is higher,is worth promoting.关键词
