北虫草的化学成分及药理作用
Research progress of Cord ceps militaris
摘要
Abstract
Cordyceps militaris is a medicinal and edible fungi,which has become a hot spot in health food and medicine industry. This paper summarizes the main pharmacological effects and chemical active ingredients. Checking out the last decade literatures,they have shown that it mainly contains cordycepin,adenosine,acetyl cordycepin,and other nucleoside,the chemical composition of polysaccharides,amino acids and inorganic elements. Pharmacological studies showed that in the Cordyceps militaris nucleoside and polysaccharide compositions had a more significant role in the anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-aging,immune regulation and so on. However,the separation and purification of effective components restricted the development of industrialization,as well as its effective components pharmacolog-ical mechanism need to supply.关键词
