基于物联网的猪肉制品追溯系统研究

Abstract
At present,the emphasis in terms of meat products traceability in China is the regulatory mode of government guiding and enterprises being main entities,but the consumers as the most important stakeholders of meat safety cannot effectively involved in.In view of this situation,we proposed the meat produces traceability scheme to facilitate consumers.In the scheme,the pork products supply chain process,the design of meat products information codes and the overall system architecture are discussed first to illustrate the feasibility of the program.Then we focused on the division of system functions,and presented the correlated data exchange model and FSM model of the system.Experimental results showed that,consumers could immediately get the basic information and tracing codes of the meat products by scanning their two-dimensional code labels with smart terminals such as mobile phones and others,with the tracing code the consumers could obtain more detailed information,which greatly facilitated consumers’acquisition on meat information.关键词
