一种新的 NSCT 域图像增强算法
A NEW NSCT DOMAIN IMAGE ENHANCEMENT ALGORITHM
摘要
Abstract
Part of the images collected in actual application has low contrast degree and blurry edge details.Aiming at this problem,we proposed an image enhancement algorithm which combines the NSCT-based multiscale Retinex algorithm with nonlinear gain function.It uses the improved multiscale Retinex algorithm to process the low-frequency sub-band coefficients so as to improve the dynamic range of image greyscale and to meliorate the brightness uniformity of image.The method of nonlinear gain function and Bayesian shrinkage threshold combi-nation is adopted to process the coefficients of each high-frequency sub-band,which suppresses image noise while enhancing image texture de-tails.Experimental result showed that the algorithm could effectively enhance the contrast degree and definition of the image,boost up image details information,these led to noticeable improvement in visual quality.关键词
