Evaluation on Realization of the S & T Development Plan---A Case Study of the 12 th Five Year S & T Development Plan of Shaanxi
摘要
Abstract
To evaluatethe realization of the 12th FiveYearS&T Development Plan of Shaanxi,the paper selected its target quantitative index to form index system. On the basis of the analysis,the paper built the mode to evaluate the 12th FiveYearS&T Development Plan of Shaanxi. The result showed that in the first half stage,the realization of S&T Develop-ment Plan is totally good. Such as:S&Toutput is remarkable;the human resources of S&T is increasing. However,the in-vestment of innovation financial resources is insufficient,and the level of hi-techindustry is low.关键词
