煤矿井下作业工人工作倦怠与事故倾向性研究
The Research of Job Burnout with Accident Proneness among Coal Mine Workers
摘要
Abstract
Objective Put the coal mine workers as the object research the relationship between the accident proneness and the job burnout. And discuss the degree of the age,length of service,department affect of job burnout Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on 1015 coal mine workers,use job burnout inventory( MBI)and Eysenck scale of N dimension of subject. Results Analysis of 980 valid data,The results showed:①The three components of the mine worker burnout and o-verall score was a positive correlation with the accident proneness,where the emotional exhaustion,cynicism and accident proneness was significantly higher than reduced personal accomp;②Mine workers 20~50 years of age located between acci-dent grows gragually increased tendency value age;③Seniority between 1~5 and 10~20 years tendency among workers acci-dent higher than any other seniority workers;④Accident proneness highest value-assisted three main sectors in mining,auxil-iary,machine express,but is generally considered the most accident-prone mining sector has the lowest value of its tendency accident. Conclusion Coal mine accident tendency of workers exposed to job burnout,emotional exhaustion and cynicism two particularly prominent. Thus,in the coal mine safety management should pay attention to the problem of job burnout of employ-ees,especially for age,length of service in between 1 ~5 and 10 ~20 years,for which high levels of job burnout should promptly psychological counseling,workers in the secondary and machine express sector to do the key regulatory.关键词
