企业社会责任履行对医药行业技术创新影响研究
The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Technology Innovation of Pharmaceutical Industry
摘要
Abstract
The study of corporate responsibility has caught more and more attention of scholars;this paper adopted the sys-tem dynamics method to do relevant study. The paper added factor of social responsibility construct the system simulation model based on previous studies on innovative technology. Then the paper used historical data to do model validation test, conducted,on the basis of the test,a simple policy simulations and found that negative social responsibility fulfillment would lay negative impact on pharmaceutical R&D investment efforts. Meanwhile through simulation it is also found that when the resources are limited,the pharmaceutical companies prefer to reduce social responsibility fulfillment for the reason that it could bring better economic benefits.关键词
