高校突发事件应对中信息沟通机制构建研究
Research on the Construction of Information Communication Mechanism in the Emergency Response of Universities
摘要
Abstract
With the deep development of the transformation of society and the reform of higher education,influenced by the social environment both here and abroad as well as students’personal factors,the increase of frequency and harm of emer-gencies in universities was paid high attention to by the society and the government,which drives focus on how to prevent and handle the emergencies. Starting with the types of emergencies in universities,taking the predictability of emergencies in universities,the obstruction of information in the causes of emergencies in universities and the accessibility of universities to the system of information communication into consideration,this paper discussed about the possibility of building the sys-tem of information communication in universities. Based on this,predicting the omens,correctly guiding the public opinions and ensuring the unobstructed information are generalized to be the three basic functions of the system of information com-munication. Furthermore,building a horizontal and a vertical system of information communication and making full use of the modern communication techniques are employed to be the topic,based on which this paper expounded how to build a scientific and effective system of information communication. This research will make a difference in preventing the emer-gencies in time and reducing the harm of them.关键词
