丹参联合电动牙刷对大鼠正畸牙移动过程的影响

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of the traditional Chinese herb salvia combined with electric toothbrush on the reconstruction of the alveolar bone and the density of the alveolar bone during rats’ orthodontic tooth movement. Method:72 male 8-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats were selected to establish the animal models of orthodontic tooth movement. The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:salvia+electric toothbrush group (group A) and salvia group(group B) and normal saline group(group C). Each group had 24 rats. Group A were injected salvia injection under the left maxillary first molar buccal mucosa and massaged intermittently by an electric toothbrush 15 minutes every day. Group B were only injected salvia injection and Group C was control. Each group were sacrificed in batches at four time points (1,3,7,14 days) after appliance placement,collection of rats’maxilla, measuring orthodontic tooth movement distance and the alveolar bone density, six rats were killed every time. All statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 19.0 software package. Result:Except the first day,the tooth movement distance of group A and B was significantly higher than group C (P<0.01),and group A was significantly higher than group B (P<0.01);at the seventh day,the alveolar bone density of group A was significantly higher than that group C (P<0.05),at the fourteenth day,group A was significantly higher than group B (P<0.05), and group A and group B were higher than group C (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:salvia combine with electric toothbrush can accelerate the orthodontic tooth movement,at the same time,decrease the loss of alveolar bone density.关键词
