Abstract
With improving the existing problems of small opening angle and small flow resistance coefficient of common check valves,a new type of tilt double disc check valve was designed.analyses of the internal flow characteristics of the check valve were conducted when the check valve was operating at the angel of 30°,50°,70°,80°or entirely opened.Calculating the flow resistance coefficient and flow coefficient.It was tested pressure loss characteristics and flow characteristics test,in addition,the flow resistance coefficients and discharge coefficient were compared between simulation results.The results was that the simula-tion results and experimental results are consistent,and when the opening angle of the check valve was larger,the pressure loss would be less,the flow resistance coefficient would be smaller and the discharge coefficient would be larger,the flow capacity would be better.Through the numerical simulation and experimental study on the tilt double disc check valve,the design of the new tilt double disc check valve has guidance to the energy conservation of the fluid system.关键词
