超超临界储水罐调节阀及管配系统汽蚀特性分析
Cavitation Analysis of Water Storage Tank Regulating Valve and its Pipe System used in the System of Ultra Supercritical

Abstract
Based on multiphase flow analysis method in Fluent and cavitation flowing equations,analysis is carried out to the serious failure which was appeared in the regulating valve used in the system of ultra supercritical in he chuan.The optimization scheme is put forward on the basis of comparing the simulation results and actual failure.It can be concluded that the simulation results is basically in accordance with the actual failure case,while lengthen the export pipeline to 4 meters,the velocity is re-duced by 71.4%,the vapor volume fraction reduced by 84.9%.The method used in this paper has some certain guiding signifi-cance on the design of the water storage tank valve and has some positive meaning to promote the collectivization and nationaliza-tion of this kind of valve.关键词
