摘要
Abstract
Using geometric theory of general scroll profile based on functional analysis,The equation of the scroll was sludied, and the limitation of the traditional profile was improved,for the processing and manufacturing of scroll plate provides a theoreti-cal value and reference value.Through the MATLAB software programming operation,the mathematical model key word point is produced.Inducting the key point coordinate figure to UG software,the scroll profile under the UG environment are produced.By using the stretch in UG,the precise three dimensional entity modeling of scroll plate was completed.Then the three dimensional entity modeling was transformed into the advanced simulation environment,by definition material properties,assigned to the ma-terial,physical properties,division grid,the finite element model was established.Finally,the boundary constrain condition es-tablished and the function load is loaded,the finite element analysis was carried out.关键词
