摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the vibration of the exhausting pipeline in a gas distributing station,the FSI of three-dimensional fi-nite element model was established and dynamic response analysis of vent pipes under the action of impact air flow was studied by transient analysis.The FSI of three-dimensional finite element model of the pipelines now available was established and the dy-namic response analysis of pipelines structure with these two different mediums was characterized.The vibration mechanism and vibration characteristics of pipes under the action of impact air flow was studied.By researching the structure of pipelines,the pro-ject for reducing the vibrating is provided.Then,the FSI of three-dimensional finite element model of the pipelines in the project was established,the dynamic characteristics were obtained by simulation analysis and the comparison between calculated results of the old and new projects has been carried out.Through comparison,it has been perceived that the vibration of piping system was reduced greatly.It is demonstrated that this new project can substantially limit the vibration of piping system and ensure the ampli-tude of the vibration within safety margin.
