Research on the Reasons and the Countermeasures of Poverty in State-Owned Forest Industry Region in Heilongjiang
摘要
Abstract
According to the depth definition of poverty,through the household survey,disscussed the poverty causes from the accumulation of wealth, entrepreneurial opportunities, technical personnel and consumption and so on in state-owned forest regions of Heilongjiang province. In view of the cau-ses of the formation of poverty,recommended by increasing the supply the wealth of the forest industry region,establishing an effective mechanism of talent cultivation and use,increasing the forest worker self-entrepreneurial motivation,changing people's unreasonable consumption idea to solve the facing poverty problem in state-owned industry forest region in Heilongjiang province.关键词
