国产环氧沥青结合料性能的比较研究
Comparative studies of domestic epoxy asphalt binders

Abstract
Due to the high strength,excellent toughness,good water-proof,heat resistance and fatigue durability, epoxy asphalts have been widely used on the pavement of long-span steel bridges.In present paper,comparative studies on the viscosity,glass transition temperature (Tg ),damping properties,mechanical properties and morphology of two kinds of high-performance epoxy asphalt binders were carried out.In addition,the impact of asphalts on the properties of epoxy resin for epoxy asphalt binders was investigated.The viscosity of warm-mix epoxy asphalt binder(WEAB)increased with the increase of temperature.On the contrary,the viscosity of hot-mix epoxy asphalt binder(HEAB)decreased with the increase of temperature.The operational time for HEAB was long to 1 50 min even at 180 ℃.Furthermore,HEAB had wider range of operational temperature.The addition of asphalt lowered the Tg of the epoxy for warm-mix epoxy asphalt binder(WEP).However,the Tg of the epoxy for HEAB (HEP)was improved with the addition of asphalt.The presence of asphalt improved the damping properties of epoxy for epoxy asphalt binders.HEAB exhibited more excellent damping properties than WEAB.The results of tensile tests showed that the addition of asphalt significantly improved the tensile strength of WEP,while the elongation at break of WEP was lowered.Conversely,the addition of asphalt lowered the tensile strength and improved the elongation at break of HEP.Microstructure observation indicated that phase separation existed in the epoxy asphalt binders,in which asphalt was as separation phase and epoxy was continuous phase.关键词
