摘要

Abstract

The visualization of mathematics is the process and abilities that the visual images or thinking images of mathematical objects and their relations have been formed by aid of mathematical visual elements. The visualization strategy can be applied to mathematics teaching in many aspects as follows:the first one is to interpret the geometric meanings of the abstract conclusion, the second one is to grasp the visual thoughts hidden in mathematical proofs, the third one is to fulfill the visual function of teaching language, the fourth one is to place emphasis on“visual inference”of plausible reasoning, the fifth one is to illustrate the abstract knowledge by some concrete examples, and the sixth one is to reveal the background and the applications of mathematics theory.
