向日葵种子萌发过程中红外光谱及蛋白质双向电泳技术的研究

摘要
Abstract
Take the sunflower seeds as experimental material that study on the changes of protein germinating for 0 h, 48 h and 72 h by FTIR infrared spectrometry and two-dimensional electrophoresis, to provides a certain theoretical basis for the research of sunflower proteomics. The results show that it displayed that the contents ofβ-sheet struc-ture gave enhanced, the contents of Free coil structure is increased after the first drop,α-helical structure contents is increased firstly and then declined, theβ-corner structure contents is declining. And 2-DE showed that the pro-tein bands were 93, 72 and 41 after germinating for 0h, 48h, 72 h.关键词
