施肥对苏打碱土胁迫下虉草生长与Na+、k+含量的影响
Effects of Fertilizing on the Growth and the Ion Content of Phalaris Arundinacea Under Soda Alkali Soil Stress

Abstracts:Effects of different nitrogen and potassium level on the growth and the Na+and K+contents of P. arundinacea Tongcao No.1 under alkali soil stress were studied with pot experiment to provide a theoretical basis for P.arundinacea high yield cultivation in the degraded saline-alkali wetlands. The results showed that nitrogen and potassium promoted the selective absorption of K+and their translocation from roots to shoots of P.arundinacea Tongcao No.1 under alkali soil stress.With the increase of nitrogen and potassium level , K+content and K+/Na+ratio in shoots increased, while Na+content in roots and shoots decreased under alkali soil stress,and the effect of nitrogen was greater than potassium. K+contents of first harvest leav in high nitrogen(N3)treatment increased by 43.64%and K+contents of roots increased by 125.27%compared to no nitrogen (N1). The dry weight of shoots and roots increased with the increase of nitrogen application , The dry weight of first harvest shoots on N3 treatment increased by 47.32%and dry weight of second harvest shoots increased by 146.99% and total dry weight of shoots increased by57.21%compared to N1 treatment.The differences of shoots total dry weight and root dry weight between on N3 treatment were highly significant compared to N1(P<0.05). Effects of potassium on dry weight of shoots and roots were not significant(P>0.05).Effects of nitrogen and potassium combination on growth and contents of Na+content and K+content of P.arundinaceawas significant. N3K3 combination treatment compared with N1K1 ,plant high, tiller number, dry weight of shoots, K+contents and K+/Na+ratio in shoots respectively increased by 51.08%, 83.16%,66.46%,48.9%and 91.0%at first harvest and and K+contents and K+/Na+ratio in roots respectively increased by 141.0%and 217.0%, and . Na+ contents in shoots and roots respectively decreased 24.8%and 26.1%, respectively, difference reached extremely significant level(P<0.05). Showing nitrogen and potassium fertilizer can reduce Na +damage and promote the growth of P. arundinacea under alkali soil stress.关键词
