阿尔山拟黑多刺蚁的营养成分初探
Nutrition Analysis of Polyhachis Vicina Roger in Aer Mountain
摘要
Abstract
In order to utilize and develop the ants resources in Arxan region ,we analyzed the percentage of nutrition components of Polyhachis vicina Roger in A‘er Mountain,such as protein, crude fat, total sugars,Vc and SOD.The result showed that, the percentage of protein were 57.6%in PolyhachisvicinaRoger, that was significantly higher than black ants in Changbai mountain region(57.6%vs 52.1%,P<0.05);the percentage of crude fat in PolyhachisvicinaRoger was also significantly higher than black ants in Changbai mountain region(20.2%vs 17.2%,P<0.05); the percentage of Vc was no differences between the two kinds of ants;the activity of SOD in PolyhachisvicinaRoger was also extremely significantly higher than black ants in Changbai mountain region(70.6 U/mL vs 40.5 U/mL, P<0.01).关键词
