摘要

Abstract

The effect of N forms and NH+4-N/NO-3-N ratio on growth and quality on cabbage, Lactuca sativa L. and Lettuce was studied.The results show that different N forms and NH+4-N/NO-3-N ratio can affect growth and quali-ty . Suitable NH+4-N/NO-3-N ratio in nutrient solution could reduce nitrate content and enhance yield, improve quality, and be better than NO-3-N used single. the gradual reduction of nitrate content of vegetables, organic acid content increased, the ratio of ammonium nitrate and at 25:75 of the vegetables for the Vc content reached the maxi-mum. Ammonium nitrate and various vegetables for the 50:50 time soluble sugar content and sugar acid ratio mini-mum. Sugar and acid and ammonium nitrate than in the ratio of 100:0, when the maximum. The Vc content of cab-bage, organic acid content, soluble sugar than the other two vegetables. The tested vegetable species, the cabbage as a daily consumption of vegetables is the best option, in the reproductive period, less the accumulated nitrate, and Vc content, organic acid concentrations are higher than Lactuca sativa L. and lettuce. In the cultivation of cabbage ni-trate and ammonium nitrogen when the ratio of 25:75 is the best.
