景天科植物初恋、冬美人植株再生及类原球茎发生机理研究
Mechanism of plant regeneration and origination of protocorm-like bodies of two species of the Crassulaceae
摘要
Abstract
Echeveriacv.huthspinkeandPachyveriapachytoidesleaves were used as test material to investigated how to inducted the plant regenerration and origintion of protocorm-like bodies in different PGRs and concentration.the result showed that shoot was inducted on murashige and skoog(MS) medium supplemented with 3.0mg/L 6-BA,1.0mg/L NAA,1.0mg/L ZT,proliferated on MS medium containing 5.0mg/L 6-BA,1.0mg/L NAA.Under investigated conditions,the protocorm-like bodies was originted from epidermis cells and subepidermal cells of adaxial side,this process was different in two genus ofCrassulaceae,Echeveriacv.huthspinkewas earlier than Pachyveriapachytoides,Pachyveriapachytoidessecondary protocorm-like bodies more thanEcheveriacv.huthspinke.关键词
