Cultivation research of teachers’ education culture in normal colleges
摘要
Abstract
Through using the method of literature, this paper discusses the connotation of teacher’ s education culture and puts forward the way to cultivate teachers’ education culture in normal colleges from material, spirit, system and behavior aspects based on the realistic situation of teachers’ education culture lack. In addition, the concrete means of cultivating and strategies are proposed, hoping to provide reference for promoting teachers’ ed-ucation culture in normal colleges in our country.关键词
