东北稻米全产业链的增值模式研究--以三江平原地区为例
Study on the value-added model of the whole rice supply chain in Northeast China:A case study of Sanjiang Plain

Abstract
There are too many links and artiifcial segmentations in the rice supply chain of Northeast China. It is very hard to upgrade the chain if only depending on the integration of supply chain or copying foreign experience. On the basis of thoroughly theoretical analysis and expert workshops, this study took the rice industry in Sanjiang Plain as an example, identiifed the existing problems of the rice supply industry, including high cost and operational risks in the upstream, the excess capacity and lack of innovation in the middle section, and excessive competition and brand management confusion in the downstream. This paper also designed a full value-added supply chain management model, including establishing the production base in the upstream, the investment of circulation and processing in the middle section, and the development of sales channel in the downstream. A comparison analysis between the old and new models proved that the feasibility and rationality of the redesign of the value-added supply chain by decreasing cost and increasing revenue. In conclusion, this study also provides some policy suggestions, including constructing the industry environment, optimizing organizational structure, and innovating the service models. The results of the paper will provide a referential paradigm for the development of rice industry in Northeast China.关键词
