Chemical constituents from the stems of Clausena lansium

Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Clausena lansium (Lour.)Skeels.Meth-ods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by macroporous resin,MCI gel,silica gel,ODS column chroma-tography,Sephadex LH -20,and preparative HPLC,and their structures were determined by the analysis of ultraviolet spec-trum,mass spectrum,and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Results Ten compounds were isolated from the H2 O fractions of 95% ethanol extract of the stems of Clausena lansium,and their structures were identified as β-Adenosine(1), Umbelliferone -7 -α-L -rhamnopyranosyl -(1″-6′)-β-D -glucopyranoside(2),Haploperoside A(3),Umbellifer-one -7 -O -β-D -rhamnopyranosyl -(1″-6′)-β-D -glucopyranoside(4),marmesinin(5),Benzyl -O -β-D -apiofuranosyl -(1″-6′)-β-D -glucopyranoside(6),Benzyl -O -β-D -glucopyranoside(7),3 -(4 -hydroxyphe-nyl)-propanoic acid(8),β-hydroxypropiovanillone (9),trans -p -hydroxycinnamic acid(10).Conclusion Com-pounds 1 ~6,8 ~9 were isolated from the plants of genus Clausena L.Compounds 1 showed some inhibitory effects on LPS-induced NO production in murine microglial BV2 cells (IC50 =4.39 μmoL·L -1 ).关键词
