摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the restore activity of new preparations of Ruyi Zhenbao Pills and each extraction site for injured PC12 cell induced by L -glutamid acid (Glu),and screen the preparations or sites with effective activity.Meth-ods 30 mmol·L -1 Glu was added into the cultured PC12 cell,MTT method was used to measure the survival ratio of cell. NO,LDH,SOD were observed to evaluate the activities of new preparations and extraction simples.Results & Conclusion Some Ruyi Zhenbao Pills preparations and extracts can reduce the cell damage induced by Glu,increase the survival ratio of cell,decrease contents of NO and LDH,and improve the activity of SOD.关键词
