摘要
Abstract
Objective To isolate and identify the related substances from raw material of breviscapine.Methods Four related substances were isolated from raw material of breviscapine by reversed -phase preparative HPLC,and their chemical structures were identified by HR -MS and NMR.Results The four related substances were identified as 6 -hydroxykaempferol -7 -O -β-D -glucuronopyranoside (1),apigenin -7 -O -β-D -glucuronide (2),scutellarein (3)and apigenin (4).All compounds were separated from raw material of breviscapine for the first time,and compound 1 was a new related substance from raw material of breviscapine.Conclusion The material basis of breviscapine had been initially clarified,which may provide scientific basis for quality control.关键词
