Prescription Principles of Formulas by Contemporary Experts of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology for Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis Based on Data Excavation

Abstract
There were 313 cases by contemporary traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) experts on metrorrhagia and metrostaxisanalyzed,and there were 225 TCM herbs appearing in their prescriptions. Correlation rule Apriori method was applied to perform data excavation,and to determine the frequency of herbs and the correlation between each herb. The core combination and new formula were determined. Therefore,the clini-cal experience of contemporary TCM gynecology expert to treat metrorrhagia and metrostaxis was analyzed. Results showed that deficiency of qi and blood is the key disease mechanism;tonifying qi and blood to stop bleeding is the most important therapeutic principle,the commonly used herbs are Baishao,Dangshen, Huangqi,Baizhu,Gancao;the commonly used herb pairs are Shengdihuang and Baishao,Mohanlian and Baishao,Huangqi and Dangshen,Ejiao and Baishao,and Baizhu and Dangshen;the commonly used herb triplets are Ejiao,Shengdihuang and Baishao,Danggui,Huangqi and Dangshen,Dangshen,Shengdihuang and Baishao,Danggui,Dangshen and Baishao,and Baishao,Dangshen,and Haungqi.关键词
