邵长荣治疗痰热壅肺型COPD用药规律研究
Study on SHAO Changrong's Prescription Principle in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of Phlegm and Heat Obstructing the Lung

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and summarize Professor SHAO Changrong's experience and prescription principle for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) of phlegm heat obstructing lung. Methods:There were 170 effective treatments of COPD of phlegm heat obstructing lung type by professor SHAO Changrong were studied,and traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.0) were applied to establish the case database and to analyze the prescription principle for treating COPD of phlegm heat ob-structing lung. Results:There 170 effective prescriptions by professor SHAO Changrong were analyzed,and the core herbs and 18 herb pair were determined,and 5 new formulas were established via entropy cluster-ing. Conclusion:Professor SHAO Changrong would prefer herbs of regulating qi movement and resolving phlegm, relieving cough and dyspnea. His medication usually is mild and he usually emphasizes reinforcing healthy qi and removing pathogenic qi.关键词
