针刺联合五行音乐治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症疗效及安全性评价
Efficacy and Evaluation to Acupuncture combined with Five Elements Music Therapy for Depression of Liver-qi Stagnation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of depression of liver stagnation treated with acupuncture combined with five elements music therapy. Methods:According to the principle of randomized controlled trials,80 case were randomly divided into treatment group with 40 cases and control group with 40 patients. Both groups were treated with acupuncture and five elements music therapy. The acupuncture follows the principle of soothing the liver and rectifying qi,and the points applied were Danzhong,Neiguan, Shenmen,Yintang,Baihui,Sishencong,Taichong,and Sanyinjiao. The five element music is the Jiao mode of the music from Traditional Chinese Five Elements Music,once per day,except the weekend. In the control group,besides the above-mentioned therapy,patients were given mirtazapine orally,30 mg a day,both groups were evaluated with HAMD depression scale before the treatment and in the 8th week of treatment,which is the major evaluation index. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) efficacy was evaluated with TCM de-pression syndrome scale,which is the secondary evaluation index. Modified TESS scale was applied to eval-uate the safety. Results:The cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 82.50% and 80.00%,respectively,without difference(P>0.05). HAMD scores became lower in both groups than before treat-ment (P<0.05);improvement of TCM syndrome score and reduction of TESS score in experiment were better than the control group. Conclusion:Depression treated with acupuncture and five elements music therapy is of positive effect,and is of high safety.关键词
