通腑汤对重症急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能的影响
Effect of Tongfu Decoction on Gastrointestinal Function of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongfu decoction injected into the jejunum on gastrointesti-nal function of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods:Totally 49 patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group and treated group. Patients in the control group were given regular therapy, and patients in the treatment group were given both regular therapy and Tongfu decoction injected into the jejunum. The recovery time of gurgling sound,anus exhaust time,defecation time and time for relieving ab-dominal pain were compared between two groups. Result:The recovery time of gurgling sound,anus exhaust time,defecation time and time for relieving abdominal pain in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tongfu decoction injected into the jejunum can improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.关键词
