紫茜合剂治疗慢性原发免疫性血小板减少症疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Ziqian Compound for Chronic Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Ziqian compound for chronic primary immune thrombocytope-nia . Methods:Totally 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group ( Ziqian compound+pred-nisone) and control group(prednisone alone),with 30 case in each group. The treatment lasted for 2 months. The platelet count after treatment and the time for relieving bleeding was observed in both groups. Results:The total efficacy of the treatment group and control group was 93.33% and 86.67% respectively,with a sta-tistical significance ( P<0 . 05 ) . After treatment , the platelet count in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The time for relieving bleeding in the treatment group was significant ly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Six months after the treatment,the efficiency of the treat-ment group and control group was 57.14% and 19.23% respectively,with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ziqian compound is effective for chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia,and it can reduce adverse reaction caused by application of high dose glucocorticoid and the recurrence rate.关键词
