小檗碱降脂作用机制研究概况
Review on the Mechanism of Berberine Reducing Blood Lipid
摘要
Abstract
Modern research has found that berberine(BBR) could decrease lipid with strong effect and min-imal side effect. BBR decrease blood lipid through multiple mechanisms,for example,regulating enzyme ac-tivity,gene expression and so on. BBR can active AMP protein kinase,increase expression level of LDLR, ABCA1 and Insig-2,inhibit transcription of PCSK9 and gene expression of ACAT2 and PPARγ. This article summarizes the mechanism of BBR reducing blood lipid from absorption,synthesis,transportation and clear-ance of lipid to provide a basis for BBR treating blood liped. Its references included 25 research papers.关键词
