慢性再生障碍性贫血中医证型与经络能量指数的相关性
Correlation Between Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Meridian Energy Index of Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlations between the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA) and the energy index of the twelve yuan-primary points of human body and provide a TCM quantitative index for clinical efficacy evaluation. Methods:Thirty kidney-Yang deficiency cases and thirty kidney-Yin deficiency cases who met the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome differentiation were collected. Additionally,30 healthy subjects were randomly selected as the control group. The energy in-dexes of patients with CAA and people in the control group were measured by intelligent TCM meridian detector. Results:The Yin/Yang,upper/lower,left/right and physical stamina in the kidney-Yang deficiency group and kidney-yin deficiency group were compared with those in the control group ,showing statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences of the Yin/Yang,upper/low-er,left/right and physical stamina between the kidney-Yang deficiency group and kidney-Yin deficiency group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Meridian detector can be applied to perform a quantitative analysis of the Zang-Fu function of patients with CAA. Furthermore ,the data obtained can be used for clinical syndrome differentia-tion and provide a new way for CAA treatment.关键词
