Abstract
In Synopsis of Golden Chamber,orange peels were used for three times,concerning Ju Zhi Jiang decoction,Jupi decoction and Jupi Zhuru decotion. Orange peel can be used to treat chest pain,vomiting and retching,and in clinical,patients with epigastric fullness often have chest tightness. Starting with this phe-nomenon,combining with the modern clinical application and experimental study,along with the meridians circulation and Qi movement theory,this article tries to use monism to summarize the machanism of orange peel in treatment of chest obstruction,vomiting,retching and cough. The analysis shows that it may be the effect of orange peel which can descend the Qi of Yangming stomach channel and the evil of turbid Yin. It descends the Qi of Yangming stomach channel,at the same time,also descends the Qi of Taiyin lung chan-nel.关键词
