Abstract
Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis are common and frequently-occurring disease in blood syndrome of gynecology,whose etiology and pathogenesis are always attributed to deficiency,heat and blood stasis. The deficiency of both Qi and blood leads to inability of controlling and insecurity of the thoroughfare and con-ception vessels,which furthermore leads to Qi collapse and results in bleeding. Fire harasses Xuehai,or causes frenetic movement of blood,or burns veins and collaterals,all of which can lead to insecurity of the thoroughfare and conception vessels and finally result in metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. Blood stasis blocking in uterus can cause blood failing to circulate in the vessels and metrorrhagia and metrostaxis ,which were mainly related to Qi deficiency,blood heat and blood stasis caused by bleeding. The treatment should focus on regulating the Qi flowing to stop bleeding and controlling the thoroughfare and conception vessels. In or-der to stop bleeding,Qi should be tonified for patients with Qi deficiency,Qi should be ascended up for pa-tients with Qi collapse,heat should be cleared for patients with blood heat,stasis should be dispersed for patients with blood stasis. When the bleeding is stopped ,Qi and blood can be nourished through reinforcing Qi to strengthen spleen,nourishing liver and kidney,then the blood will be abundant and the normal period-ic changes of menstrual cycle will recover.关键词
