补肾疏肝方联合电针治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰32例临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Shugan formula combined with elec-troacupuncture on premature ovarian failure(POF) of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome. Meth-ods:A total of 64 patients with POF of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome were randomly di-vided into two groups. The treatment group was given Bushen Shugan formula combined with electro acupuncture treatment and the control group was given estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy. The clinical crative effect,perimenopausal symptoms score(Kupperman score),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol2(E2),adverse reactions,function of liver and kidney,etc. of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%and the control group was 78.13%. There was significant difference of curative effect between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment,the Kupperman score,FSH,LH,E2 and other indexes of the two groups were all improved(P<0.05). The observational indexes of the treatment group after treatment were better than those of the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Bushen Shugan formula combined with electroacupuncture has definite effect on POF of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome.关键词
