摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Siwu decoction on patients with acute exacerbating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods:A total of 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups,which were all given western medicine foundation treatment.The treatment group was added to modified Siwu decoction.The two groups all treated for 14 days. The comprehensive curative effect , traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) symptoms integral and the change of blood gas analysis indexes after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results:The improvements of symptoms and blood gas analysis indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Siwu decoction can improve the symptoms and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with AECOPD and has good clinical curative effect.关键词
